Natalie is an enthusiastic and dedicated sales representative, with almost a decade of experience within the customer service industry. In every interaction with our clientele, she brings an optimistic attitude along with her active listening and conflict mediation skills to ensure a pleasant experience for all parties. Natalie specializes in being able to preemptively identify questions and needs of her customers, a skill which she developed over the years from her earnest love of being able to satisfy the needs of her client. Regardless of if the client chooses to pursue services with CYC, Natalie’s workstyle focusing on the customer’s experience creates an unforgettable difference.

Natalie was born and raised in Yakima Washington. She is a full time, new Mom to a 1 year old and loves spending time with family, especially up at her husband’s cabin on Bumping Lake. She also loves reading very much, and always has a good book suggestion if you need one. She’s very sarcastic, and that just gets worse when she’s around her family, because they all play off of each other. She has many interests, and is currently learning new languages. She has taken a few sign language courses, and is learning Swedish and planning to learn Spanish with her husband.

Jake is a content writer in love with written language. As a writer, poet, teacher, and former librarian, Jake has a varied background and has written for wide varieties of audiences. Jake currently lives in Boston, MA where he is attending the University of Massachusetts, Boston for his MFA in Poetry. In his free time, Jake likes to read on the porch, play guitar, and experiment with recipes. He hopes to continue teaching poetry and using power of writing to inspire a new generation to share their voices with the world.

Randa Craft, Human Resources Manager

Randa is our multi-talented Human Resources Manager. Hailing from one of the nation’s top research institutions, The University of Southern Mississippi, she graduated effortlessly with a degree in Cultural Anthropology and German. Arriving every day with enthusiasm, she uses her expertise to understand and fortify the fundamental and cultural structures of our ever-expanding Connecting Your Customers team, and teaches them what it means to develop long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Randa emerged from the wilds of the Magnolia State with a deep love and understanding of nature’s beauty. She enjoys mountain hiking off-trail, floating down serene rivers, and fostering good-natured friendships all over the world. She maintains the notion that the only constant in life is change by keeping herself in shape through yoga, video games, mental health, tasty plant-based cuisine and learning languages such as German, Adinkra, Japanese and Russian. Randa hopes to fulfil her dream of being a lexicon of knowledge, who offers helpful life advice and random facts no one asked to hear.
